Day 1: Delhi β†’ Aut β†’ Sainj Valley (Overnight in Neuli or Shangarh)

Day 2: Sainj Valley Exploration (Tourist or Short Hike Options)

  • Explore Deohari Gate, the park entrance, and do a guided nature walk inside.

For Hikers:

  • Full-day hike to Shakti village (10–12 km round trip), one of the remotest inhabited villages inside GHNP core.

  • Spot Himalayan birds and flora. Entry permit from GHNP Neuli office required.

  • Return to Shangarh. Overnight stay.


Day 3: Sainj Valley β†’ Tirthan Valley

  • After breakfast, drive (2.5–3 hrs) to Tirthan Valley via Larji and Gushaini.

  • En route, stop at GHNP Interpretation Centre at Sai Ropa.
