Booking Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices may change until final confirmation and payment receipt.
• Travel schedules may change due to weather, airline, ferry, permit, or local authority reasons.

User Responsibility

• You must provide accurate traveler details and valid ID proofs.
• You are responsible for permit documents and reporting details on time.
• Users must not misuse, copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission.

Payments

Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings. Full payment must be completed before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

SetMyTrip is not liable for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, permit rejection, weather issues, force majeure events, or third-party vendor disruptions beyond our control.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
